Annual Transfers 2013
Please
refer to the para 7 of new transfer policy vide Circular no.
NB/HRMD/PA/5298/ST-51/12-13 dated 19/03/2013 whereat it is clearly mentioned
that officers can represent/put request to bank within 7 days of transfer list,
however as per NABNET message dated 27/04/2013 it has been mentioned that ‘no
representations are to be entertained’. We have come across a number of cases
where at either the officers have not applied/requested earlier in anticipation
of a favourable posting or the OICs have not recommended/forwarded the requests
indicating that the same can be forwarded/recommended, if need be, after the
transfers are finalized.
Keeping
in view the above, we request that officers desirous of putting in a request,
may be allowed to do so and their requests may be considered favourably.
