The hearing of the Writ Petition by NBOA which was scheduled for 06 May 2013 has now been shifted to 08 May 2013. Meanwhile, the Bank is yet to file the counter-affidavit to the rejoinder submitted by NBOA to the Bank's affidavit.
Members can follow the case by logging on to the website of Bombay High Court http://bombayhighcourt.nic.in/. Click on "Services", "Case Status", "Case No Wise", select "Original" in the drop down box of "Side", then select "Writ Petition (OS)" in the drop down box of "Type", type the number "2872" in the box "No", select "2012" in the box "Year" and then click on "Submit".
You will get the status.
