Dear Unit Secretary / President
As you are aware, owing to the implementation of HRMS in the Bank, association subscription deducted from the salary of the members is being credited to the account of Mumbai Unit maintained with NABARD Employees' Cooperative Credit Society, Mumbai.
On account of this arrangement, the local units are not getting the subscription amount causing financial hardship to them. Efforts were made in the past to disburse the share of the local units in cash/cheque during the National Council meetings. However, some of the units unrepresented in National Council meeting could not collect their share of subscription.
In order to reconcile the accounts, all the units are requested to send the following details at the earliest:
8. Details of subscription paid to Central Unit during March 2010 to April 2012 with cheque number, amount and date. If online remittance has been made, then the details of transaction reference, date and amount may be mentioned.
The list of members unit-wise is required so as to reconcile the same with the report generated from HRMS and carry out necessary corrections. This is important before the next annual transfers are effected. Hence, the units may send the details along with the list of members at the earliest, preferably by 15 April 2013 so as to enable us to remit the subscription share to the units.
