Annual Transfers 2013

Dear Unit Secretary,

As you are aware the bank has initiated the Transfer 2013 exercise and the list of officers falling under ZOC has already been put on NABANET and the officers have been asked to exercise the options keeping in view the vacancies prevailing at respective centres. by the virtue of this change towards effecting transfers the clear shift in the policy of the bank, may be for the good, is perceptible i.e. the transfers are supposed to be 'vacancy based' and not 'need based'. NBOA also believes that transfers will be kept at bare minimum required and in addition to the organisational needs the genuine circumstances/problems of the officers concerned will also be taken care of by the bank. 

This could be evaluated only after the transfers are actually effected and the level of satisfaction is gauged.

In order to pursue, if so required, the transfer related issues with the bank, you are requested to urgently forward to us the following information-

1. The names and UIN of the officers who have not completed the assigned term (stay at the centre) still they have been included in the ZOC as per the following format-
