Annual Transfers 2013

Please refer to the new transfer policy vide Circular no. NB/HRMD/PA/5298/ST-51/12-13 dated 19/03/2013 and to our letter dated 19/03/2013 thereto. In this regards we request you to also consider the following amendments to the policy-

1. The transfers of the physically challenged officers may be governed as per the GoI policy (copy enclosed) on this subject matter, as applicable to all the PSUs and government owned organizations.

2. The length of stay of officers in grade ‘A’, irrespective of being a DR grade officer or a promote grade ‘A’ officer be fixed at 3 years for the first posting in tune with the long term transfer policy adopted in 2012.

3. While transferring the officers GoIs policy, as applicable to all the PSUs and Government owned organizations, regarding working spouse may be considered sympathetically.

We are sure that you will sympathetically and favourably consider the above suggestions and it would result in enhanced acceptance of the policy and level of satisfaction which in turn lead to greater organizational efficiency.
