Mass Casual Leave - Exempted Members


Dear Unit Secretary,
 
As you are aware that NBOA has given a call to its members to avail a days casual leave on 28/02/2012 in support of our demands.
 
It is heartening to note that the response of our membership to our just call has been overwhelming and as per the feedback received fro almost all the units -big or small-including our largest unit at Mumbai officers in all grades are voluntarily submitting the Mass Casual leave application to the bank.

On a review NBOA has decided to exempt all those of its members who are demitting office within next 10 months from participating in the Mass casual Leave slated for 28/02/2012 as their participation on 28/02/2012 may lead to curtailment of superannuation benefits of theirs for entire life period.
