Letter to Unit Secretaries - Suggestions on PAR

Dear Secretary,

Please refer to our communication on the captioned subject requesting you to forward your suggestions on the proposed revised format pertaining to the PAR of officers latest by 20/02/2012.
 
We regret to inform that we have yet to receive any response from your unit on the subject matter.
 
Since, it’s very likely that bank may invite us to discuss the issue in the coming few days, you are once again requested to send the suggestions from your unit on the proposed PAR format immediately.
