NOTICE FOR CEC MEETING ON 30/01 & 01/02 2012

Dear CEC Member,
Notice is hereby given for convening of CEC meeting of NBOA on 30/01/2012 and 01/02/2012 at Mumbai. This as per the decision taken at NC meeting held on 10/01 & 11/01/2012 at New Delhi.
You may be aware that, as of now, bank has invited NBOA for Annual discussions on 31/01/2012 , as such you will be getting an official communication shortly from the bank to attend the annual discussions on 31/01/2012 at Mumbai. Accordingly you will be on official tour for the purpose of attending the Annual discussions. You are advised to put up your TP accordingly so that all of you reach Mumbai by 10:00 AM on 30/01 and leave Mumbai after 07:00 PM on 01/02/2012. We will be writing to the bank to provide necessary special leaves for attending CEC on 30/01 & 01/02/2012.
Please confirm your participation at the meeting to OS with a copy for information to undersigned
