NOTICE FOR GATE MEETING ON 18/01 & 25/01

Dear Secretary,
As you are aware that recent happenings in the bank has shattered our long lasting beliefs in the ethos of NABARD Parivar and the real TEAM spirit is missing and is being circumvented and destroyed day in and day out. The bank has/is taking decisions which are directly and adversely affecting the career progression of hundreds of officers (right from grades A to E) and each officer of this bank is working under tremendous pressure, stress and unease. The dignity, integrity and capabilities of officers are being ridiculed by providing certain schemes which will never stand in long stead and by an atrocious PAR system in offing which will decide every year if each one of us are 'suitable to be in service'. Its all to promote chauvinism at its worst form in our beloved organisation. All in the the name of TEAM NABARD. It appears that as in cricket  (where TEAM INDIA has been replaced by TEAM IPLs -each Team having loyalty not to nation but to promoters and the result is already there for everyone to see in Australia) in NABARD too TEAM NABARD has been replaced by TEAM IPLs. All this and more was discussed at the NC meeting and as per the feedback received from all the units and as per the decision of the NC the following is advised to you for doing the needful.
1. Organise a lunch hour gate meeting on 18/01/2012 to apprise the members of the NC related developments.
2. Request and urge upon the officers that as per the decision of the NC all of them should surrender their respective TEAM NABARD badges to NBOA as a symbolic way to protest the Anti officers policy of the bank during the gate meeting itself.
3. You may collect the badges from DDMs and from other officers who could not do so on 18/01/2012 subsequently but in anyway latest by 25/01/2012 and report the status to the undersigned and/or to President.
4. Hold another gate meeting on 25/01/2012 during the lunch hour to keep the membership mobilised.
