Submission of Memorandum to Chairman on Wage Settelment

 Respected Sir ,
 
            Settlement of Charter of Demands : 2012-17
 
AINBOA, on behalf of all the officers of NABARD, would like to bring to your kind notice that almost 4 years are now over for the current charter period and our wages have yet to get revised. Sir, you will agree that wage revision has already taken place way back in the banking Industry and even in our referral Institution, the RBI, the new wage settlement has been already implemented.
 
Sir, we have been waiting patiently for our legitimate and well earned revised wages, however now the membership is getting restless and pessimistic on the account of delay in the settlement of charter of demands and it is adversely affecting the moral of the officers.
 
We, therefore, request you for settlement of the Charter of Demands -2012/17 at the earliest. Thanking You
