Letter to Chaiman on Charter of Demands

 Respected Sir ,

Settlement of Charter of Demands: 2012-17

In continuation to the memorandum dated 17/10/2016 submitted to your good-self on the captioned subject,  AINBOA, on behalf of all the officers of NABARD, would like to again bring to your kind notice that almost 4 years are now over for the current charter period and our wages have yet to get revised. Sir, you will agree that wage revision has already taken place way back in the banking Industry and even in our referral Institution, the RBI, the new wage settlement has been already implemented.
Sir, we have been waiting patiently for our legitimate and well earned dues, however now this delay is adversely affecting the moral of the officers. In fact, we would like to bring to your kind notice the attached news item published in ToI dated 27/10/2016 whereat the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has expressed his views that the legitimate dues to the employees should not be delayed on account of administrative hassles.
We, therefore, once again request you for settlement of the Charter of Demands -2012/17 at the earliest or else we will be left with no other option but to resort to organizational steps starting 07/11/2016.
Yours Sincerely ,
General Secretary
Encl: as above
