Lunch Hour Gate Demonstration on 06 September 2012

Dear Unit Secretary,
As you are aware that Bank is not ready to fulfil the promises/written assurances given in the past, to be precise on 10/07/2012 and going ahead with its agenda without initiating any consultative process, it has been decided to hold a Lunch Hour Demonstration on 06/09/2012 to protest-
1. Non fulfilment of Given Assurance
2. Non filling up of Vacancies in Grade 'B' & 'C' for the panel year 2012
3. Non Convening of JCC to discuss issues affecting the officers’ community
4. Continued problems being faced by the officers due to non-stabilising of HRMS
5. Non Restoration of Parity with RBI on perks/allowances and other benefits
6. Deviation from RBI in settlement of Indoor Medical Treatment. (Ref to latest circular issued by the bank)
7.  Harassment being meted out to Officers by imposing huge financial penalties, vacation of quarters, issuance of charge-sheets and CRS
You are requested to make the demo a grand success and report back to the undersigned, OS and President.
