Dear Sir,

Representation of NBOA on Grievance Reddressal Committee- Nomination therefor

Please refer to your letter dated 13/06/2012 asking NBOA to nominate its representative on the GRC from the Mumbai Unit. It is surprising to note that such communication has been issued to NBOA in spite of the fact that NBOA has already communicated that Sri U.K.Mohanty, President, AINBOA will be representing the association on GRC and he has been attending all the GRC meetings in past.

We once again reiterate that Sri U.K. Mohanty, President, AINBOA, currently posted at HP regional Office, shall continue to represent AINBOA on the GRC for all such time till the AINBOA decides anything contrary to this nomination. Incidentally, it is not mandatory for AINBOA to nominate its representative on GRC who should be necessarily stationed at Mumbai.

Furthermore, you are requested to instruct the concerned officials to address all communication, pertaining to GRC, including notices for convening of the meeting to Sri Mohanty, as hither to.

We have also come to know that GRC meeting has been convened today i.e. on 14/06/2012, without even intimating Sri Mohanty or the AINBOA. Conduct of GRC without informing the representation of NBOA so as to conduct the meeting in the absence of AINBOA nominee is against the letter and spirit of the GRM and contrary to all official procedures.

AS SUCH THE PROPOSED MEETING MAY BE POSTPONED.
