Follow up action on JCC Meeting held on 09.09.2011
1. It has been a long standing demand of NBOA to make the PAR system transparent by disclosing the full PAR to the officers.At last, as a sequel to the JCC discussion,the management has issued Office Circular on 19.09.2011 for disclosure of complete PAR to the Appraisee Officers.
2.NBOA has taken up the issue of allowing air travel to the place of domicile for the officers on retirement vide our letter dated 20.09.2011(copy enclosed).

Please keep the members informed and display on the Notice Board.
