Dear Sir ,

                       Mass Scale reduction in PAR MARKS – Grades  D and E

We are in receipt of many a representations from our members specially from some specific ROs and HO departments in respect of large scale reduction in PAR marks , downgrading of the PAR category (outstanding to above standard and above standard to standard ) and recording of adverse comments and remarks by the reviewing officer. Incidentally , this unilateral moderation of marks , change of category and recording of adverse comments has put these set of officers at a disadvantage vis-à-vis officers working in other ROs and HO departments where by and large such adverse moderation has not been done by the review officer concerned.

In light of the situation explained above we humbly request you to extend the date of  filing  the ‘Appeal’ from 02/09/2016 to 09/09/2016 as a large number of officers are contemplating filing of the ’Appeal’.

We also seek an audience, through your office, with the Hon’ble Chairman, NABARD , at an early date so that a delegation of AINBOA is able to present the fact and figures and also to request his favourable intervention on the matter.
