Offshore Destinations under LTC Scheme

Respected Sir,

Off Shore Destinations under LTC Scheme

We request your goodself to take into the view the following aspects in respect of offshore destinations under LTC scheme in view of the DFS, GoI communication on the subject matter.
1. Our LTC policy and rules governing the LTC travel, including to off-shore destinations may be allowed, as hitherto, to be at par with that prevailing in RBI.
2. Till the time and if so, RBI amends/revises its LTC policy the present policy may be allowed to continue.
3. Those of the officers who have already booked their journey for off-shore destinations may be allowed to proceed and not put to any financial loss for no faults of theirs.
4. Incidentally, our officers are meeting all the IT liabilities as per the prevailing rules in respect of LTC travels unlike the situation as prevailing in SBI and other banks.

An audience with you on the issue is solicited urgently.
