Update on Court Hearing

Dear All,
As all of you are aware that today our case on promotion/selection policy was listed for hearing at Mumbai High Court at Sl.No. 19. Our senior lawyer along with our counsel was present in the court in full readiness for arguing our point of view... as per the discussions held with our lawyer i have been apprised that the bank lawyer/s again sought for more time as they indicated that some more (20-30 days) preparation for the arguments is required...the court has remarked that repeated requests for extensions that too for such a long periods are not welcome. The court has remarked that since the bench will be on leave next week, the COURT HAS FIXED NEXT DATE FOR HEARING ON 05/08/2013.
MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO PAY ANY HEED TO RUMOURS AND STAND UNITED WITH FULL FAITH IN JUDICIARY AS ALSO THE NBOA LEADERSHIP.
