Dear all,
It was heartening to note that the NABARD Parivar rose in unison to condole the death and protest the steps taken by the Management in leading to untimely death of Sh M.M.Kulkarni. We also condoled the untimely and tragic death of Ms. Shalini Yadav, AGM, HO Mumbai.
The successful and vociferous protest must have reached the VII floor of our HO too, that much we are sure, but if it has led to invoking their 'sensitivities' towards their own officers & staff, time will only tell. Thanx to AINBEA too for joining us on the Issue.
It was a matter of great gesture and humanity that most of the senior executives too joined the Condolence Meetings held all over the country but it is equally a matter of concern and great dismay that some of our senior members, specially the OICs, reflected their insensitivity to the issue as also to the departed soul by choosing not to attend the Condolence Meeting. This act of theirs does not need further elaboration, our membership is enlightened enough to draw the inference...
Once again NBOA prays to Almighty to bless the departed souls and provide courage to the respective families to bear this Ir-repairable loss.
