Dear Members
The Hon'ble Division Bench of Bombay High Court heard the writ petition today i.e. 14 August 2013 for nearly three hours.
Hearing will continue at 11:30 AM on Friday i.e. 16 August 2013.
Regarding the FAQ by some of our members whether the case has been admitted or is still in pre-admission stage, the fact that the Hon'ble Bench enthusiastically heard the case from 12:51 PM (to be precise) till 04:15 PM with a lunch break of 1 hour and no other case was heard during the period tells the story.
Meanwhile, we request our members to be patient and leave the rest to the verdict of the Hon'ble Court.
